Every new company has a 30-day free trial, with no card needed. To keep using MileageSheet after it ends, an Administrator chooses a plan and pays. The plan’s price depends on how many people your company has.
Before you begin
Section titled “Before you begin”- You hold the Administrator role. Other people see only a notice asking them to contact an Administrator.
- You know roughly how many people will use MileageSheet. Everyone who can sign in counts once, whatever their roles. People who have left do not count.
Choose a plan
Section titled “Choose a plan”-
Open your account menu (your name, top right) and choose Manage Billing.
During the trial the page says “Your free trial ends in N days.” You will see one set of cards for each way you can pay, such as monthly and annual, each headed with its plan name. Choose the set you want. In each set there is one card per band of users:
Band Covers 1 user 1 person Up to 5 users 2 to 5 people Up to 15 users 6 to 15 people Up to 50 users 16 to 50 people Up to 150 users 51 to 150 people More than 150 users Contact us Each price is a flat fee for the whole company, per month or per year depending on the set, and is shown excluding tax. Your own band is marked Your band. Prices are in your company’s currency.
-
Choose Subscribe on a band in the set you want.
- On a band too small for your company, the button is disabled and says Too small.
- On a larger band than you need, you can still subscribe. You pay for that band, which leaves room to add people.
- For More than 150 users, choose Contact us and write to the address shown.
-
On Stripe’s page, review the total. If tax applies it is shown as its own line, for example VAT (23%). Enter your billing address and card, and pay. Payment is by card only (Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link also work, because they are cards).
You return to MileageSheet, which says Confirming your payment until Stripe confirms it.
-
When the payment is confirmed, Billing shows Current Subscription with the plan, Status: Active, and Renews on the next date.
What happens afterwards
Section titled “What happens afterwards”- Access continues as normal. Access depends on the payment being confirmed by Stripe, not on you returning to the page.
- Adding or removing people changes the number your company is billed for, from your next renewal. You are not charged extra part-way through a month. See Billing and the free trial.
- If you chose a larger band on purpose, you keep paying for it even when you have fewer people, until you change plan.
If your trial has ended
Section titled “If your trial has ended”When the trial ends without a subscription, every signed-in person is taken to the Billing page. Nothing is deleted. An Administrator sees the price table. Everyone else sees “Ask an administrator at [company] to choose a plan.” You can still Export Data and Sign out from your account menu (top right). Administrators and managers can export, and everyone can sign out.
