Roles and permissions
A person’s roles decide what they see and what they can do. One person can hold several. The creator of a company holds all four.

- An Administrator who is not also an Approver cannot approve, and one who is not a Manager cannot process.
- Approvers keep read-only access to a sheet after they have approved it, while they still hold the role.
- When the company is restricted for billing, everyone is taken to Billing. Administrators and managers can still Export Data, and everyone can Sign out.
- Menus show only what you can use. A page you cannot use sends you to Welcome.
